Karate Demonstration

We were very lucky to have a visit from Senshi Kai Karate Club, Dukinfield who demonstrated the types of training young children enjoy at the club. Karate develops:

  • Strong mind :  Focus, concentration and self-discipline.   Increases self-esteem
  • Strong Bodies:  Exercising,  regular sleep pattern, increase in oxygenated bloods to increase healthier body and increases serotonin so helps increase mental health mindfulness.
